To ensure the highest quality of service, our machine park includes press brake with a maximum bending force of 320 tonnes. This modern machine features 9-axis CNC control. We are equipped with tooling for bending sheet metal in thicknesses from 2 to 12 mm.
Each order is prepared using specialist software dedicated to our press brake, eliminating the possibility of collisions and ensuring precise execution.
We perform sheet metal rolling on machine equipped with four rollers, enabling pre-bending and ensuring rolling precision. The upper roller is 2.5 m long with a diameter of Ø290 mm. The fully CNC-controlled machine is equipped with side and upper supports, allowing us to achieve diameters up to Ø3800 mm.
We also use the PLANET 25 machine , equipped with three rollers, which enables rolling of various sections, profiles, and tubes.
