CNC sheet rolling

Services of rolling metal sheets are performed on a PARMIGIANI machine, which is equipped with four rolls allowing pre-bending and ensuring the precision of rolling. The upper roll has a 2.5m of length and Ø290mm. A fully controlled CNC machine has supports for both sides and top. allows for performing pipes up to Ø 3800mm.

Roll steel S235: 2m wide, up to 15mm thick with pre-bending > Ø1500mm
Roll steel S235: 2m wide, up to 12mm thick with pre-bending > Ø430mm

Roll steel S355: 2m wide, up to 8mm thick with pre-bending > Ø430mm
Rolled steel: 2m wide, up to 12mm thick with pre-bending > Ø1500mm
